1. ASBÜ TÖMER’de eğitim almak için ASBÜ öğrencisi olmak gerekir mi?
Is it mandatory to be a student of Social Sciences University of Ankara to study at SSUA TÖMER
ASBÜ TÖMER’de eğitim almak için ASBÜ öğrencisi olmak zorunda değilsiniz. Türkçe öğrenmek isteyen herkes Merkezimize başvurabilir.
You do not have to be a student of Social Sciences University of Ankara to study at SSUA TÖMER. Anyone who wants to learn Turkish can apply to our centre.
2. Yurt dışında yaşıyorum, ASBÜ TÖMER’de açılacak Türkçe kursuna kayıt olabilir miyim?
I live abroad, can I enrol in a Turkish course at SSUA TÖMER?
Evet, kayıt olabilirsiniz. Bunun için merkezimizden kabul mektubu almanız gerekmektedir. Kabul mektubu için tomer@asbu.edu.tr adresine kabul mektubu istediğinize dair mail atmalısınız. Kabul mektubu süreci şu şekilde ilerlemektedir:
a. Kabul Mektubu için mail adresimize "kabul mektubu talebinde" bulunmalısınız.
b. Talebiniz sonrası tarafınıza göndereceğimiz "Kabul Mektubu Dilekçesini" doldurmalısınız.
c Kurs ücretlerinin iki seviyesini karşılayan ödemeyi paylaşacağımız hesap numarasına yapmalısınız (Mailde talep bulunduğunuzda hesap bilgileri ve ödemeniz gereken tutar, doldurmanız gereken dilekçe ile birlikte tarafınıza iletilecektir). Vize almanız ve burada eğitime başlamanız durumunda bu ücret A1 ve A2 kurs seviyeleri için geçerli olacak olup burada yalnızca B1, B2 ve C1 seviyeleri için ücret ödeyeceksiniz. Ancak herhangi bir sebepten vize alamazsanız yatırdığınız ücret iade edilmeyecektir. Buna özellikle dikkat etmeniz gerekmektedir.
d. Pasaportunuzun bilgi sayfalarının fotoğrafını çekmelisiniz.
e. Kabul Mektubu Dilekçesi + Banka dekontu + pasaport fotoğrafını birlikte tekrar mail olarak iletmelisiniz.
f. Adınıza hazırlanmış kabul mektubunu e-posta ile size göndereceğiz. Bu kabul mektubu ile mutlaka Türkçe Dil Kursu Vizesi alarak Türkiye'ye gelmeniz gereklidir. Aksi durumda oturum izni (ikamet) alamazsınız. Kursun 19 Ekim 2026'da başlaması planlanmaktadır (bu tarih birkaç hafta ileri veya geri olabilir).

Yes, you can register. To do so, you must first obtain a Letter of Acceptance from our center. To request a Letter of Acceptance, please send an email to tomer@asbu.edu.tr stating that you would like to receive one.
The Letter of Acceptance process is as follows:
a. Send an email to our address requesting a Letter of Acceptance.
b. After receiving your request, we will send you a Letter of Acceptance Application Form, which you must complete.
c. You must pay an amount equivalent to the tuition fees for the first two course levels (A1 and A2) to the bank account we will provide. When you submit your request by email, we will send you the bank account details, the required payment amount, and the application form. If you obtain your visa and begin your studies here, this payment will be applied to your A1 and A2 course fees. After that, you will only need to pay the tuition fees for the B1, B2, and C1 levels. However, if you are unable to obtain a visa for any reason, the fee you have paid will not be refunded. Please make sure you take this into careful consideration before proceeding.
d. Take a photo (or scan) of the information page(s) of your passport.
e. Send the completed Letter of Acceptance Application Form, the bank payment receipt, and the passport photo/scan together by email.
f. We will prepare your Letter of Acceptance and send it to you by email. You must use this Letter of Acceptance to apply for and obtain a Turkish Language Course Visa before traveling to Türkiye. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to obtain a residence permit. The course is currently scheduled to begin on October 19, 2026 (this date may be moved forward or postponed by a few weeks).

3. ASBÜ TÖMER’in e-posta ile gönderdiği kabul mektubuyla vize başvurusunda bulunabilir miyim?
Can I apply for a visa with the acceptance letter sent by SSUA TÖMER via e-mail?
Evet, vize başvurusunda bulunabilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu “öğrenim” vizesi değil, “Türkçe Dil Kursu” vizesi şeklinde yapmanız gerekmektedir. Bununla birlikte ASBÜ TÖMER vize başvurunuzun mutlaka olumlu sonuçlanacağını garanti etmemektedir. Vize ile ilgili sorularınız için Türkiye Cumhuriyeti büyükelçilik ve konsolosluklarına danışmanız gerekmektedir.
Yes, you can apply for a visa. You need to apply for a "Turkish Language Course" visa, not a "study" visa. However, SSUA TÖMER does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. For visa-related questions, you should consult the embassies and consulates of the Republic of Turkey.
4. Konaklama imkânı sağlıyor musunuz?

5. Türkiye’de yaşıyorum, ASBÜ TÖMER’de açılacak Türkçe kursuna nasıl kayıt olabilirim?
I live in Turkey, how can I register for a Turkish course at SSUA TÖMER?
Türkiye’de yaşayan kursiyerlerimizin ASBÜ TÖMER’e gelerek kayıt olmaları gerekmektedir. Pasaportunuzu ve bir adet fotoğrafınızı yanınızda getirmelisiniz. Ancak Eğitim Vizesi, Türkçe Dil Eğitim Vizesi, Aile Vizesi gibi vizelerden birine sahip ya da olmanız yani burada ikametinizin hâlihazırda olması gerekmektedir.
Applicants who are already living in Türkiye are required to register in person at ASBÜ TÖMER. You must bring your passport and one passport-sized photograph with you. However, you must already hold a valid residence status in Türkiye, such as a Student Visa, Turkish Language Course Visa, Family Visa, or another valid visa/residence permit that allows you to stay in the country.
6. Kurs ücretini ne zaman ödemeliyim?
When do I have to pay the course fee?
Kursların başlayacağı haftadan önce ödemenizi tamamlamanız gerekmektedir.
You must complete your payment before the week in which the courses begin.
7. Bütün bir yılın ücretini peşin mi ödemeliyim?
Do I have to pay for the whole year in advance?
ASBÜ TÖMER’de kurs ücretleri her bir kur için ayrı hesaplanır ve sizden her bir kur için ayrı ödeme yapmanız istenir. Bütün bir yılın ücretini peşin ödemeniz gerekmemektedir. Herhangi bir ödeme iade edilememektedir.
At SSUA TÖMER, course fees are calculated separately for each course and you are asked to pay for each course separately. You do not have to pay for the whole year in advance. Any payment is non-refundable.
8. Kursa devam etmekten vazgeçtim, yatırdığım ücreti geri alabilir miyim?

9. Ders saatleri ve ücretleri ile kurlar ve toplam kurs süresi hakkında bilgi verebilir misiniz?
Can you give information about the course hours and fees, the courses and the total duration of the course?
ASBÜ TÖMER’de Türkçe kursları A1 (180 saat), A2 (180 saat), B1 (180 saat), B2 (180 saat) ve C1 (240 saat) düzeylerindeki kurlardan oluşmaktadır. Söz konusu beş düzey toplam 960 ders saati sürmektedir. Başka bir deyişle A1 düzeyinden başlayan ve C1 düzeyini bitirmeyi planlayan bir kursiyer toplam 960 saat Türkçe dersi almalıdır. A1'den B2'ye kadar her kur 1,5 ay sürmekte, C1 kuru ise 2 ay sürmektedir. Bu sürelere kurlar arasındaki birer hafta tatiller dâhil değildir.
Turkish courses at ASBÜ TÖMER consist of five proficiency levels: A1 (180 class hours), A2 (180 class hours), B1 (180 class hours), B2 (180 class hours), and C1 (240 class hours). These five levels comprise a total of 960 class hours. In other words, a student who starts at A1 and plans to complete C1 must attend a total of 960 hours of Turkish language instruction. Each level from A1 to B2 lasts approximately 1.5 months, while the C1 level lasts approximately 2 months. These durations do not include the one-week breaks between levels.
10. Biraz Türkçe biliyorum, A1 düzeyinden başlamak zorunda mıyım?

Hayır, başlamak zorunda değilsiniz. Hangi düzeyden başlayacağınıza seviye sınavı sonucunuza, deneme derslerinize ve öğretmen görüşüne bakarak birlikte karar vermekteyiz. ASBÜ TÖMER kursiyerlerin sınıf ve düzeylerini değiştirme hakkını yıl boyunca saklı tutar.
No, you do not have to. We decide which level you will start at based on your placement test results, trial lessons and the teacher's opinion. SSUA TÖMER reserves the right to change the classes and levels of the learners throughout the year.
11. Kitap, materyal ve sınavlar için ayrıca ödeme yapmalı mıyım?
Do I have to pay separately for books, materials and exams?
ASBÜ TÖMER'de kitap ücretleri ve sınavlar için (kurs eğitimi alanlar) herhangi bir ek ödeme yapmanız gerekmemektedir.
At ASBÜ TÖMER, there are no additional fees for course books or examinations for students enrolled in the Turkish language courses.
12. Sertifika alabilmek için hangi koşulları yerine getirmeliyim?
Which requirements must I fulfil in order to receive a certificate?
Herhangi bir düzeyde başarılı sayılmak ve sertifika alabilmek için %80 devam zorunluluğunu yerine getirmeli, o düzeyde yapılan kur sınavında en az 60 puan almalısınız.
In order to be considered successful at any level and receive a certificate, you must fulfil the 80% attendance requirement and score at least 60 points in the course exam at that level.
